This is the rate of non-solar heat loss or gain for the entire window assembly. It is measured in Btus per hour per square foot per degrees Fahrenheit. Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC)

Visible Transmission (VT)

Condensation Resistance (CR)

The CR can be rated 1 to 100. Windows vary in resisting condensation formation inside the house. Again, this isn't always on the label, as the other rating factors are considered the most important.
